Classes for the diploma programs are usually 3-4 days a week (approx. 30-hours a week) . Classes for short certificate courses take place during evenings and weekends to avoid interference with daily work schedules. Class schedules and hours vary based on the various programs and courses.

The certificate courses vary from 10-hours to 150-hours in total. The diploma programs can be as short as 8-months up to 12-months. Each program and course varies based on their individual curriculums.

The cost of tuition & fees vary based on the type of program or certificate course. Certificate courses can range from $1500 CDN to $7500 CDN for the entire course. While diploma programs ranges from $4500 CDN to $6500 CDN per semester.

Osler Education offers a combined $10,000 CDN of scholarships each semester for various categories such as admissions excellence, community involvement, etc.. Based on individual profiles, students are also eligible for various bank loans, Employer Assistance Program (EAP) and the Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP). Osler Education also offers family discounts for two or more siblings attending Osler Education. Students can also setup a monthly payment plans with our finance department (finance@oslereducation.ca)

Prior to the start of a course, the Student Services Dept. will provide a list of recommended textbook(s) that will be referenced throughout the program/course. The textbook(s) will be a useful source to follow and even after the program/courses are completed but are not mandatory for purchase.

Our Instructors are Professionals whom have extensive experience in the subjects that are being taught and are subject matter experts in their field of practice.

For certification courses, which are under 40-hours there are no final examinations for these programs. For programs exceeding 40-hours, there are assessments, quizzes, midterms and final examinations.

All courses and programs of Osler Education have been submitted, reviewed and exempted by each respective provincial regulatory body (Ministry of Advanced Education and Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities – Private Career College Branch). In Ontario, Osler Education is restricted to offering programs and courses that are exempt from approval under Ontario’s Private Career Colleges Act, 2005. Other provinces have given Osler Education designation as a private educational institute in regards to our programs and courses. Please contact our office to get additional information about the credentials of our programs, courses and our institute

At Osler Education, we want students to succeed in our programs as quickly and efficiently as possible. In order to do so, and to avoid students repeating courses they have previously earned credit for, Osler Education allows students to transfer credits towards their continuing studies at Osler Education. If students have previously taken post-secondary courses, or have successfully completed a diploma or a degree program at a recognized institute, students may be able to get transfer credits toward their diploma program(s) at Osler Education. To evaluate applicable transfer credits, students are requested to submit all previous post-secondary education transcripts to our admissions office (admissions@oslereducation.ca).

The GPA for students at Osler Education will only be based on the coursework done at Osler Education. The GPA from transferred courses/credits into Osler Education will not be included cumulative GPA that student achieve while undergoing studies at Osler Education.

Upon succesful completion of certification courses, students will receive a certificate from Osler Education. Upon completion of a program, students will receive a diploma from Osler Education.

The programs at Osler Education are recognized nationally and internationally. Programs completed at Osler Education can be used for applying to various post-secondary and graduate programs. Admission into the graduate or continuing education programs is solely at the discretion and admission requirements of the various institutes. Various post-secondary and graduate institutes also accept credits and courses from our programs to be transferred into their respective institutes. Students will need to refer to transfer credit policies at these institutes for additional information.
